Hi Madam Lee,

I would like to seek your advice in choosing my workstation.  My best direction is East while my unlucky direction is West,  Kua is 9.  To face East direction, I may have to sit at the workstation which has a door diagonally behind me and possibly some poison arrows from the pillar behind (please see photos attached).  I will be facing the window which is at the far end and a partition and perhaps some poison arrow from another pillar, is this ok?    Alternatively, I could sit at the opposite workstation in front of me which will face the opposite direction West, with the door diagonally in front of me, face a wall far end perhaps poison arrow from the pillar.  Behind me is the window at the far end, partition and poison arrow pillar.

My question is, is it more advisable to face best direction in my case or otherwise?  Kindly advise.    – Pam from Malaysia

Hi Pam,  as a Kua 9 you do indeed belong to the East Life Group and your most favorable elements are East (Sheng Ch’i), South East (Tien Yi), North (Yen Nien) and South (Fu Wei).

However I prefer to have these directions supporting me from behind, rather than facing towards them.  Therefore your second option may be better as this gives you the support of your Sheng Ch’i or Prosperity direction (East) and also ensures some form support with the main office door in front of you and not behind.  In fact it is always good to have a solid wall behind you for support and protection and to face towards the door to enable you to see who is entering the room.  If you feel that the corner of the wall is directing a poison arrow towards your back then you can place a tall plant in front of it as a screen.

All the best for your new job and if you would like to know more about your current Luck Cycle and career potential then you may also wish to seek a 4 Pillars of Destiny analysis with a qualified and reputable practitioner.
